The Corporation – Legal Fiction

A corporation is as a ship on open ocean without a destination. Its mission is only to remain afloat. It intrudes everywhere it goes, as it has no home. It has no responsibility to anything past its hull or over its railings.  It exists without connection to the ocean, a void of compartments entrapping lost souls.
